Rivian Foundation's grant

Rivian Foundation’s support is helping the Bronx River Alliance to expand ecological restoration efforts, including planting 1,500 native species and removing over 200,000 square feet of invasives each year. The grant will also enable hands-on STEM education and paid internships for 1,300 students, engage more than 2,700 residents annually in paddling and stewardship along the river, and strengthen community-driven campaigns and coalitions that integrate climate resilience, public health, and land use reform.
