To ensure a flourishing planet for our kids’ kids’ kids, Rivian dedicated 1% of its pre-IPO equity to establish the independent Rivian Foundation, tying the Foundation’s success to Rivian’s long-term success rather than relying on a portion of annual revenues. This structure provides the Rivian Foundation with a long-term runway to scale its impact and confront our planet's greatest challenges.
