Rivian Foundation's grant

Rivian Foundation's support is helping the Shelterwood Collective to ramp up forest and watershed restoration efforts, particularly to improve habitat crucial for endangered salmon. This funding will also bolster staff and infrastructure capacity to welcome even more diverse communities, including the construction of their first fully ADA-compliant cabin. Additionally, Shelterwood will launch a comprehensive narrative project to share their intersectional climate justice model, inspiring its replication in other landscapes and communities.
